Why 95% of all diet programs fail!
You may have heard this alarming statistic before. 95% of all diets fail. This statistic has been published all over the Internet and used by health care professionals for years because it’s true. I didn’t make it up. Let’s look at just a few numbers. Statistics show that about 40,000 people per year reach their weight loss goal. But when you consider programs like Weight Watchers, Jenny Craig, NutriSystem and The Zone have millions of people who participate in their programs, that number is mighty insignificant and downright discouraging. Only 40,000 people out of millions reach their weight loss goal!

These are statistics from major weight loss program companies. Not to mention other hundreds or thousands of these workout shops all across the world! Ninety five percent (95%) diet programs failed. Yes it’s factual. No doubt, if you’re one of those who joined these workout gym or fitness programs, be honest to yourself. It tells the whole stories.
I’ll be honest to myself, these places or gym does not work for me. Diet home programs, especially pertaining to home cooking.. it does not work for me. Workout gadgets such as stationary bike, dumbles and simple excercise machines does not work for me either.
Funny, I still get amazed and watched those infomercial at early morning hours from my cable channels. Almost tempted to purchase them again. Since I dumped or give to someone else my old gadgets. Hundreds of my friends in my age level – I belong to the baby boomer era- I see no improvements from their bodies and most of them tell me stories and bragged how they enjoyed and socialized at those workout gym. Met new acquaintances and so on and so forth.. Gee, I would rather sit down in front of my PC and do social networking at the internet, if I cannot achieve my weight loss goal.
Recently, I discovered ELITE WEIGHT LOSS PACKAGE from an internet marketing. I tried this program. Followed instructions, diet, excerses, discipline and other things you have to avoid to successfully loss gradually excess fat or weight. It takes time and perseverance…especially choosing the food you have to eat!
